Jigoshop and Disqus commenting system

Q: I have Disqus comment system enabled on my blog but when I go to the Reviews tab of a product, I’m unable to add a review. If I turn off Disqus then all works well again. Is there any way of them playing nice together?

A: Fix for this issue:

On line 151 of disqus.php version 2.73 add the following:

 if ( is_product() ) { return false; }

There’s two problems with doing this:

1. that is not upgrade safe, i.e. if you upgrade Disqus, you will have to re-add it

2. you won’t be able to use Disqus to post product reviews.
