Turn off Notification Emails for order processed

Q: I’m using Jigoshop to obtain initial orders from my site and then afterwards my sales team processes the orders in our own software that doesn’t interface with the site. However, when I go through the orders placed on the site manually and change them to “completed” just for our own organizational purposes, another email is sent to the customers saying “their order is completed” which creates a lot of confusion. Is there a way to turn this off?

A: Below code will disable the email notification for orders marked as completed. Add it anywhere in your Theme’s functions.php:
