Managing the inventory will allow you to set inventory on a per-product basis.

Jigoshop Inventory Settings

• Manage stock? – Whether or not you want to manage stock in your store.

• Low stock notification – Whether or not to notify admin when stock is low.

• Low stock threshold – The low stock notification will go out when this threshold is hit.

• Out of stock notification – Whether or not to notify admin when stock is out of stock.

• Out of stock threshold – The out of stock notification will go out when this threshold is hit.

• Out of stock hidden – If the product is out of stock, you can choose to hide it from the front-end Shop pages.
