Jigoshop – Orders & Clients CSV Export

Hi

I have purchased the following plugin and have enabled it on my site. It now appears under jigoshop>>Export CSV but when I select the radio button on either ‘Orders’ or ‘Customers’ the ‘Export>>’ button does not light up. It stays greyed out and does not let me click on it.

I was wondering if you had any ideas as to why this is?

   Please, try to rename this Extensio/Plugin folder (via FTP) in a way that
   you add before his current folder name letter "z-" (without apostrophes).

   Could someone please come back to me on this? Its an extension that has been purchased and paid for. As yet, it is not working correctly.
