Hey guys, i got a problem with the cart page and this is the first time that this error occurred.

Its no permalink problem, i double checked this.

Behavior:

  • Cart page without cart shortcode: loads
  • Cart page with cart shortcode and empty shopping cart: loads
  • Cart page with cart shortcode and items in the shopping cart: 324 error

As u can see, the error only occurs with items in the cart. Even the cart widget in the sidebar works fine. Also all the other shop pages work fine.

So my question: What the heck is going on?

5 minutes before the error occurred, everything worked just fine and now this. Has someone an explaination for that?

Chris, did you make ANY changes in your system recently, and under "any" I
mean any updates of WordPress, Theme, plugins, Jigoshop extensions OR new
stuff (new Theme, plugin, Jigoshop extension,…etc), changes on the
    Jigoshop pages, etc?

    Yes i did.

I installed the Custom Payment Gateway Extension. But after i installed it, the cart page still worked normally. But a couple of minutes later the error occurred.

I also tried deactivating the plugin, but that did not solve the problem.

Hm. maybe some problems with the database, sorry, I can’t assist you on
this technical part, except with additional links I found on this topic
(possible issue with the database or browser – in below case Chrome), try
to perform the same testings as instructed here to see if that helps:

    Its not a Chrome problem.

Error occurs on every system i checked.

    Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Mobile Browsers…

I figured out where the problem is coming from.

When i activate free shipping and set the order value, the error occurs when my order hits that defined value. When my order is below that free shipping value, no error occurs.

Now that i know what it is, i need someone to help me get rid of this annoying bug.

By chance do you have SSL turned on in Jigoshop > Settings? Turn it off, if so.
