Tax bug in jigoshop 1.6.2

Fatal error: Call to undefined method jigoshop_product::get_tax_destination_rate() in /var/web/wp-content/plugins/jigoshop/classes/jigoshop_checkout.class.php on line 833

I can find no reference to “destination” in either the product class or the tax class. Please: What am I missing?

Also, I notice in jigoshop_tax.php::get_tax_classes_for_customer(),

if (!$this->charge_taxes_to_customer()) return array();

comes after a bunch of calculations that are pointless if an array is to be returned. maybe reorder these to save time?
