email auto responder plug in not working

I purchased e-mail auto responder and I cant get it to work. Is this the right place to ask for help?

Tried testing it for 1 minute after "order completed" with and without always send on.

E-mail type: storewide email
Always side: tried with on and off
Interval: 1 minute (just for testing purposes) would liek it set to a month
Google analytics tarcking: on
Link Tracking= Customer Feedback

    Are you testing it on a localhost?
    Are you sure emails work on your server?

    Sorry not to sure what you mean by the first question. The website is live and is hosted on a shared server.

    Yes e-mails work fine on the server. Was having a slight problem before but the WP-Mail-SMTP plug in fixed this.

    I have sent an e-mail on the authors site as well. Didn't look like they had a very good support system. But hopefully with a bit of luck they will respond.

    I have the same problem. I have purchased the auto-responder and it is not working. I cannot even send a "test message".

    I am running the installation on live server :D.

    Hi guys - We are aware of some issues. We are actually in the middle of a major rewrite/upgrade to address them. But, if you can assist me in helping you, can you email me directly with more specifics (including possibly temp access to WP admin and DB to diagnose). I want to help address these issues for you guys, but also be sure we address them longterm for the next release!

    What details would you like in the e-mail?

    Scott is it also possible to remove the e-mail notifications tick box section from the my account page.

    Tried to use Google developer tools but couldn't manage to identify the section. Was going to add a custom css include in my theme.

    Okay so that is it. You basically came on here and left a message to make yourself look good and seem like you care. But your actions suggest something different.

    No reply to any of my e-mails. Have your received a reply yet Patrman?

    You have my £35 and I don't have a functioning plug in. You say you are working on an update? But how long will this be? If someone pays for a plug in it should work straight away or you should helps us to make a few changes to get it working?

    I am looking into the bugs. I cannot address specific issues unless we can confirm exactly what the issue is. Does WP-Cron function properly? I know I am pointing you to a WooCommerce document, but see here:

    We are rewriting the plugin, and hope to have it completed sometime in the next few weeks.

    I have all properly set and it is not working (as I sai, I cannot event send "test message").

    I hope you rewrite the plugin soon. I will ask for reimpursement through PayPall. I cannot wait. I will some programer to write me this plugin.

    I am going to have to ask for a refund as well until it gets fixed. Guessing it can be deleted from my Jigoshop account so I wont be able to get the updated version for free.

    I would assume that you request that through Jigoshop? You paid them for the plugin, not me.
