LIVE SITE CRASHED & CANT LOGIN TO ADMIN SIDE OF WORDPRESS SITE SINCE ADDING NEW PLUGIN

Hi, I have just installed per product shipping plugin to my site www.greathealthnaturally.co.uk and the moment I activated it, my whole site went offline. And I also cannot get into the adin side of my site to try fix anything. Urgent help needed as our shop is offline = we cannot make any sales!

    Easy fix. Delete the Per Product Plugin using FTP.

    Hi thanks for your reply. I cannot even login to my admin to get to the plugin to do this. Also I need to use the plugin?

    Hi Chris thanks for your reply. I cannot login to delete the file, both front live site and admin side has gone off-line.

    Also, I want to use this plug-in so deleting it will not resolve the issue?

    You need to delete via FTP (you will need Filezilla or similar). Then you should activate WP Debug log as per our Simple User Testing, and then install/activate the plugin again. This will probably take your site back offline, but at least this time, since Debug is on, we will know what is the actual problem.

    Sorry don't know what ftp is and how to follow all your steps. I.e. Where is the Simple User Testing you refer too?

    If you need further help, if you email me your CPanel Details, I can delete the plugin off, and turn on debug. Then if you can re-upload the plugin and activate it, I can grab the debug log, and read it and see if I can fix the error.

    Hi again,

    I am on UK time so sorry for only replying now. OK so my
    developer got the site back up, and I then reinstalled the per product
    shipping plugin, and now the home page is live only. Everything else
    just says error 404 not found. So there is still a major issue.

    This is going to sound like crazy talk to your developer, but this is what he/she needs to do. Open WordPress in a tab on Chrome or a browser, and go to WordPress's permalinks settings page. Via FTP delete the .htaccess file for your WP install (in the root folder). Then click save permalinks on the tab you have open.
