Jigoshop-Gravityforms-integration extention license code invalid

Hi!
Background:
I bought a license for 65$ plus tax totally 78$ a couple of hours ago, and can see a license number here:

The problem:
The WP/Jigo installation however tells med the license number isn’t valid when I enter it together with the email address.
I’ve tried to disable every other plugin except jigo+gravity+integration, but the error message is the same. The theme is the standard twenty fourteen. WordPress 3.8.1 runs on a server with good enough versions of apache+mysql+php on Ubuntu LTS.

Please help me asap! I need this to work NOW, not in a couple of days. I’m not going to pay for your damn premium support, as this is clearly a poorly generated license key or a faulty extension that I’ve just paid for. Priority support by phone and/or email should be included when people pay for stuff that don’t work. This seems like a scam site where you first sell stuff, then ask that the customers to pay the tripple amount in support fees to get the faulty software to work. Is this even legal in the EU?

    The login and password that I created during the buying process doesn’t work either, and the site doesn’t allow me to reset the password claiming the username or email address doesn’t exist. The error message: “ERROR: Invalid username or e-mail.”.

    My guess is that your wordpress installation didn’t create my account properly after I paid. Perhaps because of some “illegal sign” in the password, but failed to tell me to change any sign causing a problem. Or because of some error in your WP configuration or sql config. This is strange…

    Yesterday I tried to buy the plugin anew in case the problem was with the specific license, but after ten retries with three different browsers on two different operating systems I gave up as I got error messages every time I tried to buy the plugin. There seems to be a serious problem with your server(s) as it neither was possible to buy a new license nor was it possible to validate the first license in the plugin, nor is it possible to login to my account on your site.

    Hi!
    Someone anonymous told me to send en email to [email blocked], so
    I’m sending the same things that have already been available to you for
    ten days now. I’m pasting from the forum (where I got no help at all).

    If you can’t solve this I’d happily receive a refund, because I had to
    publish the site without the plugin anyway. I couldn’t wait for your
    site to start working properly again, or your extremely slow support to
    actually do some work. I had to work around the problems in other ways,
    and do a lot of manual things. But if you could get the plugin to work
    it would be great, then I can enable payment by card.

    Hi David,
    I’m sorry to hear about your issue.
    We are in the middle of upgrading jigoshop site and service after new team takeover – your issue with account can be caused by server migration at that time unfortunately.
    Second potential issue – it happens with some server configs that licence manager cannot connect with our server to check licence.

    Enabling licence – I would need ftp access to your site to do it manually

    Purchases – I checked now and it seems to go fine. If you still need to buy something – please give it another try!
