If you purchased the extension from Jigoshop, then you have Premium Support
free for 14 days from the day you bought extension from Jigoshop and you
can post your issues on the Premium support forum. You'll get faster
responses there:

Your purchase also comes with 14 days Premium Support, where you can ask
questions on configuration, setup and report any issues regarding your

jigoshop.comwith the credentials you created at purchase, then click
on the support
tab.
If for any reason your login fails to work and you unable to access your 14
days Free Support, please email info(AT)jigoshop.com <[email blocked]> with
your purchase details.
Please note, that any issue raised not related to your purchase will be
removed from the system.
