jigoshop watermark plugin

Bought the ‘for jigoshop’ watermark plugin. I’m using WordPress 3.5.1 and realised that the plugin was tested up WP 3.3. Anyway, got the watermark to become visible on the thumbnails, but not on any other images. Anyone else have this problem? Contacted plugin support but got no feedback.

    If you purchased the extension from Jigoshop, then you have Premium Support
    free for 14 days from the day you bought extension from Jigoshop and you
