Christmas comes early – Two new themes and one big change

Posted in Blog, Themes, Third Party Themes and tagged , , , , , on by .

Although the Jigoshop office never really closes, we’re taking a little bit of a break over Christmas. But before we leave the office, it’s worth sharing some early Christmas presents.

The new Overload theme:

We’re particularly pleased to launch Overload as the latest official Jigoshop theme designed exclusively for us by Matt Bailey. It’s a lively and vibrant theme which is particularly suitable for digital downloads, whether it’s apps, eBooks or music. You get the choice of six lively colours to choose from, along with an eye-catching homepage carousel to really grab your customers.

Plus there’s a custom widget for your best sellers, integration for Google Analytics and your Twitter feed, and as with every Jigoshop theme, it’s localisation and customisation ready.

Mommy Blog eCommerce theme:

The great new Mommy Blog theme for Jigoshop has been produced by dtbaker, and is now available to purchase. If you’re looking to sell products for children, expectant mums, or you’re a mommy blogger looking to expand your business, then it fits the bill perfectly.

In addition to the cute design, you get 10 graphic header options, 2 background colour choices, 8 custom widgets, and targetted extras such as photo gallery support. Great for turning your blog into a business, with all the professional features of Jigoshop.

Better theme and extension listings:

There’s a huge number of themes and extensions available for Jigoshop right now, with a lot more coming very soon. So we’ve made some improvements to the way you can browse and purchase any extras.

You can now clearly see the themes and extensions we produce (which are also included in Jigoshop Club membership for a massive saving), and which have been produced by immensely talented third party developers and designers. Take a look at the new Jigoshop themes and extension pages and let us know what you think.

So not a bad way to finish up for Christmas drinks!

Merry Christmas!
